Admission Process in GJU

Guru Jambheshwar University offers various undergraduate, Post Graduate, and Research level degree programs. The online Application forms for GJU Admission 2023-24 is available on the official website of University.

Entry Test

1. Various Entry tests are conducted for the selection of students. The GJU prepares an entrance exam with merits for certain courses. The JEE results determine the selection for B.Tech.
2. The candidates will be selected for M.Tech courses based on their performance in the entrance exam and GATE.
3. Candidates with highest score will be a priority.
4. To get admission in MBA course one have to give CAT.

Eligibility Criteria for GJU

Students who are applying for GJU must have to fulfill eligibility criteria for University. For UG Programmes there is a basic ceiteria is set by University.

1. Complete 10+2 for from a recognised Board with minimum 60 percent marks.
2. The GJU Admission 2023-24 will be followed by an Entrance Exam from University.
3. For PHD admission first students have to register their self on official website of University. Then they to give entrance and if they qualify then they have to do document process.

GJU Boys Hostel

GJU have hostels for boys and girls. So the students who are coming away from their home just to seeking knowledge don’t have to worry about stay case. Guru Jambheshwar University have 4 reserved hostels for boys.

All hostel are fitted with good infrastructure along with water coolers for summers. Both hostels have mess and canteens that provide quality and hygienic food for students. Both hostels have wardens along with security guard for maintaining stability.

Girls Hostel of GJU

GJU have total 8 hostels, 4 for boys and 4 for girls too. Girls hostel also have access on a lot of facilities like boys hostel. The canteen and mess of both hostels provide quality food for students. The warden of hostel treat students like her own child. CCTVs are also installed in both hostels for students security.

GJU Health Centre

Guru Jambheshwar University has a team of full experienced doctors and Pharmacists who are available 24 hours. They provide primary treatment to students along with University staff. The hospital of GJU also have Medicine and Ambulance facilities.

Library of GJU

Guru Jambheshwar University Library is founded along with University in 1995. The library was designed in circular three story large building. The library is named after Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar. Library has sitting capacity around 400 and runs in two shifts. First shift started from 9.00 AM from 5.00 PM and 11.00 AM to 7.00 PM. Library remains open on Saturdays and Sundays and till 12 Midnight in examination days. The library recorded 143834 December 2017.

Cafeteria of GJU

GJU cafeteria has a lot of facilities for students. Cafeteria have a big dinning hall, kitchen and office on the ground floor. The University cafeteria has a capacity to attend 125 customers for lunch and refreshments. Junk food and tobacco items are not sold in the campus of GJU.

GJU Auditorium

Guru jambheshwar University of Science and Technology have C.H. Ranbir Singh Auditorium, which have all significant features and services. Auditorium also have a huge capacity to accommodate a huge number of people.

I.T Infrastructure of GJU

The computer center of GJU is well equipped with lot of facilities. They have specialised resources along with internet facilities. The University infrastructure always meet needs and expectations of their students.

Sports Complex of GJU

Guru Jambheshwar University have sports complex in area of 40 Acres. The sports complex of University has one Badminton hall, one Tennis hall, one Chess haul, hauls for Yoga and Weightlifting, three half cemented cricket pitch, two Volleyball grounds and 13 station multi gyms.
