For Btech 1st Year
Applications are invited for Institute level counselling for filling up of leftover/unfilled seats in B. Tech Course in 1st Year run in University Institute of Engineering & Technology, MDU along with an application fee of Rs. 1000/- for General category and Rs. 700/- for SC/BC/PH/ESM/KM/KM/all girls students by 25.10.2022 for admission to B.Tech. 1st year through online link available at www.mdu.ac.in and www.uietmdu.com against remaining vacant/left over seats of all categories in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering branches of B.Tech. courses for the session 2022-23. The counselling will be conducted on 17th , 21stand 25th , October, 2022.

Schedule for submitting online applications and Physical counselling is given below. The candidates, who have already applied for admission in Btech Biotechnology, are not required to apply afresh and their old applications pending with the UIET, MDU Rohtak will be considered

Instruction For Students
- Admissions will be made strictly as per guidelines of HSTES.
- Candidates, who have not appeared in JEE-MAIN, 2022 are also eligible to participate in counselling provided that they are otherwise eligible as per eligibility criteria laid down by HSTES.
- The candidate must read HSTES Admission Brochure 2022-23 carefully for eligibility conditions. Provide working mobile numbers and valid e-mail address in application form. All Correspondences will be done through the registered email.
- The candidates are required to pay semester fee of Rs. 37112/- online within stipulated time. If any candidate fails to pay the semester fee within stipulated time his/her seat stands cancelled automatically.
- The candidates are advised to check the Website www.uietmdu.com and www.mdu.ac.in and registered e-mails for available seats, matrix status and other updates from time to time.
- For admission in B. Tech. (Bio-Technology) during Counselling, 1st preference shall be given to those candidates who have appeared/ registered with their JEE MAIN-2022 Roll No. and thereafter the preference shall be given to candidates on the basis of merit of qualifying examination with Biology/Biotechnology as compulsory subject.

- 10TH MARKSHEET
- Copy of Aadhar card
- Family Id (Parivar Pehchan Patra) for candidates belonging to Haryana
- In case of reserved Category Candidates (SC/BC/ESM/FF/PH/EWS/KM/HGST):-Category Certificate
- For SC category: Income certificate issued by competent authority for SC category students for fee relaxation of current financial year.
- For BC and TFW category: Proof of Annual income of parents from all sources of current financial year.
- For EWS category: Income & Asset Certificate issued by competent authority for EWS category for the year 2022-23.
- For HGST category: Certificate from the Principal of the Govt. School of Haryana of which the candidate is topper.
- For KM category: MIGRATION CERTIFICATE FOR KASHMIRI MIGRANTS DULY SIGNED BY RELIEF COMMISSION OR COMPETENT AUTHORITY.
- Original Character Certificate.
- Gap year certificate, if any.
- Medical certificate in case of divyang.
